Professor Tang is an associate professor of Philosophy at Tsinghua University, where he is deeply involved in the study of Marxist philosophy. He received his M.A. in Philosophy/History from Wuhan University. At HYI his case study focused on “Mass Movement and the Mass Group in China during 1966-1968”.
Lin Yueh-hui
Professor Lin is an assistant research fellow at Academia Sinica, Institute of Chinese Literature and Philology. She is a scholar of Chinese philosophy who emphasizes the intellectual development of late Ming thought. She received her M.A. and Ph.D., both in Chinese Literature, from National Taiwan University.
Ding Sixin
Ding Sixin is a Lecturer of Philosophy at Wuhan University, where he received both his M.A. and Ph.D. in Chinese philosophy. He is also a Researcher at the Center for Studies of Traditional Chinese Culture at Wuhan University. He is a widely recognized scholar of bamboo and silk manuscripts.
Cheng Chung-yi
Cheng Chung-yi is Associate Professor, Department of Philosophy, Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prof. Cheng’s research interests are the development of Confucian philosophy from Neo-Confucianism to the contemporary New Confucianism movement, and the reinterpretation of Chinese spirituality. He received his M.Phil. in Chinese intellectual history and Ph.D. in Chinese philosophy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Chen Lisheng
Professor Chen teaches philosophy at Zhongshan University. He has produced some influential publications in comparative philosophy, phenomenology and Christian thought.
