Professor Wong is an associate professor in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Department of Education Psychology. She received her B.A. in History from the University of Hong Kong and her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Heidelberg. She has researched and taught extensively on developmental psychology.

HOANG M. To Nga is from Ho Chi Minh City and received her B.A. in English from the University of Ho Chi Minh City. While teaching as a university lecturer, Hoang was involved in volunteer work with HIV/AIDS patients and found that mental health care was her real interest. In 2004, she went to De La Salle University to get an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and worked as a faculty member of the Psychology Department at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities of the National University (Ho Chi Minh City). Viewing mental health care in a more systematic perspective and with an emphasis on the role of family in mental health, Hoang has decided to further study Family Therapy at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Her research interests are cultural and interpersonal foundations of mental health problems with an emphasis on Confucianism and Vietnamese culture.
