Ruiheng Wang is an Associate Professor of History at Nanjing University. She received her B.A. (2007) and Ph.D. (2014) in History from Peking University. She has been a visiting fellow at Skidmore College, the University of Virginia, and Florida State University. Her research focuses on the history of Sino-American relations, with particular interests in propaganda, cultural exchange, and mutual perceptions between China and the United States.
Her work has appeared in academic journals such as Historical Research (《历史研究》), World History (《世界历史》), and Chinese Studies in History. Her recent research examines U.S. cultural relations programs toward China in the 1940s and the transnational intellectual networks they helped forge, seeking to uncover their historical significance from a transnational perspective.
