Shashwat is a PhD Candidate at Jawaharlal Nehru University and Harvard-Yenching Institute Doctoral Fellow in China Studies. His work engages with pre-Qin thought to explore problems of international politics and international relations theory. Research interests include great power politics of China’s rise, Sino-Indian ties and global geopolitics. He loves reading international literature and literary non-fiction.
