Li Yurong
李玉蓉

Yurong Li is currently an Assistant Professor teaching modern Chinese history at Tsinghua University. She received her PhD from Peking University. She is interested in the economic and social history of China and East Asian countries, especially the historical development under wartime conditions and resource scarcity from the 1930s to 1970s in China. While at Harvard, she intends to further explore Asia-Pacific studies and political economic research.
