Tran Vinh Du

Du Vinh Tran is a partner and service line leader leading Strategy & Transaction practice in Ernst & Young in Vietnam and Indochina region. He received B.A. from Vietnam National University – Hanoi, M.S. and Ph.D. in Economics from University of Texas at Austin. He is also a member of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Australia.  Prior to joining EY, he served as managing partner of TNK Capital and president of Vietnam American Polytechnic College (APC). Before that, he worked as an economist for ERS Group based in San Francisco, United States.

Dr. Tran main academic interest is in game theory and mechanism design. In business, he is deeply interested in innovation, turnaround, corporate transformation, and M&As.
