The translating and editorial team includes Dr. Nguyen Thu Giang, Dr. Pham Van Thuy (Vietnam National University), Dr. Vu Duc Liem and Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung (Vietnam University of Education), and Dr. Nguyen To Lan (Vietnam Academy of Social Science).

About the editor: Nguyen To Lan was a HYI Visiting Scholar from 2013-14 and a HYI Coordinate Research Scholar in 2015.
